Return any unused item in its original packaging within 60 days for a full refund.
How to start a return
Sign in to your account, open the order, and click Start return. Print the prepaid label.
Refund timing
Once we receive your return, refunds are issued within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for size or color within the 60-day window.
Non-returnable items
Final sale items, custom orders, and intimate apparel are not eligible for return.
